The web site provides informative daily e-mails featuring area events, activities and money saving offers. Anyone with an e-mail account can subscribe free of charge.     Coachella Valley native Bernadine Bogdanovs has launched a service to promote e-commerce within the valley. Palm Springs Desktop.com provides local resident's e-mails outlining area events, activities and money saving offers. Each e-mail contains hyperlinks to web sites of businesses and organizations publicizing their products and services. Free subscriptions are available to anyone with an e-mail account. Palm Springs Desktp.com delivers e-mail every weekday, each offering a different theme. For instance, Monday features a health focus and Thursday is reserved for dining and entertainment.
